The Whisper Shake Precision Polishing Kit was developed specifically for Whisper Shake vibratory finishing machines to provide the controlled media flow and polishing action needed to produce exceptionally smooth, high-gloss finishes.

Designed as the final step in a two- or three-step finishing process, the Precision Polishing Kit combines porcelain polishing media, polishing compound, and a precision-controlled liquid delivery system to transform properly prepared parts from a standard finished surface to a brilliant, mirror-like shine.

Precision-Controlled Polishing

Unlike conventional vibratory polishing setups that rely on manually adding water and compound, the Whisper Shake Precision Polishing Kit uses a dedicated liquid source bucket and precision flow pump to continuously deliver the proper amount of polishing solution to the machine.

Polishing compound is mixed with the liquid in the source bucket, while the precision pump controls its delivery throughout the polishing cycle. This provides a more consistent polishing environment and helps eliminate the guesswork associated with manually adding liquid during processing.

Achieve Mirror-Like Finishes

When used after the appropriate deburring and surface-preparation steps, the Precision Polishing Kit can produce an exceptionally smooth, highly reflective finish on a wide variety of materials.

Depending on the material and its starting surface condition, polishing cycles can range from approximately 30 minutes to 6 hours, with many applications achieving excellent results in approximately 1–2 hours.

The system is suitable for virtually any material that can be mechanically polished, making it an excellent finishing solution for:

Porcelain Media for the Final Finish

The kit utilizes porcelain polishing media (sold separately) as the final finishing stage. Unlike abrasive media used during earlier deburring and surface-refinement steps, porcelain media is designed to burnish and polish the prepared surface, bringing out the material's natural luster and creating the high-gloss finish customers expect from a professionally polished part.
