Shipping policy

Thank you in advance for your purchase.  We do our best to get shipments out quickly and packaged to ensure they arrive to you in good condition.

A. SHIPPING COST AND TAX:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your shipment size, weight and destination.  Shopify adds sales taxes for locations they collect and submit taxes for.

All prices and figures are listed in USD.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUTOFF TIME DOMESTICALLY:

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 5-8 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Domestic order Handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).  Shipment transit time is not guaranteed unless you have purchased a guaranteed delivery time at checkout.

 C. Delivery Terms:

We ship with DHL, UPS, USPS, XPO LTL and other shipping providers listed in the checkout drop down.  Some providers may not deliver to all locations.  Those locations may be removed from the shipping provider drop down.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

We cannot change the delivery address once your shipment is in transit. If you find an address error please contact us as quickly as possible at Sales@OceanicInnovations.com or Call Us at +1 727-202-9500

 E. Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.

 F. Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
