- Did we mention Quiet!! - Little to NO vibration of your building or concrete mounting pad!  We designed the drive mechanism of our machine to ensure our machine does not create vibrational noise in other parts of your building due to vibrations of our machine.

- TEFC Motor - We only use Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled motors (TEFC) in our deburr machines.  TEFC motors are more expensive, but last significantly longer in an industrial setting.  This is due to open cage motors using air inside the motor to cool.  This also brings in dust and debris that collects on bearings and windings that significantly reduce the motors lifespan due to unnecessary heat.  Our TEFC motors are sealed to keep all dirt and debris OUT of the motor.

- User Replaceable Liner - No need to send your bucket back to the manufacturer to have relined.  Our economical reline kit is simple and easy to install.

- Water Circulation System - Our machine comes with a complete water circulation system.  Matching different cleaning fluids to parts, media and geometry is important.

Machines purchased from this listing include a free user programmable timer.  Our custom designed and manufactured timer allows the operator to save any of 4 one touch start buttons with any operation time from 1 minute to 999 hours.  Controlling your deburr, cleaning or polishing process is important for repetitive tasks.  Once the media, intensity and time are selected for use, the same time can be used over and over again with a one touch start button.  The timer performs a countdown so you know exactly how much time is left.  Once the timer has counted down both the machine and the water pump turn off together.

Flat Rate Shipping - With this listing we will ship to any business or freight terminal address (with loading dock or forklift) in the US, Truck Freight (LTL) for a flat rate of $200.  Our machines come shipped on 1/2 pallet truck freight.  Free local pickup at our manufacturing facility in Pinellas Park, FL.
