With our parts and materials supply chain setup.  We anticipate starting our manufacturing line for the Whisper Shake 5 on May 26th 2025 with shipping beginning June 4th.  We're opening preorders for our Whisper Shake 5.  Machines will be shipped in order they were purchased.  All customers preordering our next larger Whisper Shake Vibration Deburr and Polishing Machine will receive a $1,200 discount off the regular price!  Our regular price is already $1,300 less than other similar machines.  So your savings are stacked for $2,500 less than the nearest competitors machine.  (not to mention our feature list the other guys simply don't have!)  This is a thanks from us to you for your patience while we've been designing, testing and setting up the manufacturing line for the best vibration deburr, cleaning and polishing machine on the market!!

- Quiet - Quiet enough to have a conversation while standing in front of the running machine.  Try that with any other manufactures machine!  (our db testing will be performed before machines begin shipping)

- Large Space - 5 Cubic foot bin, usable space inside the liner is 15 X 15.75 X 33.1

- Small Footprint - 20 Inch deep X 34 Inch wide X 34" Tall, means this machine will fit almost anywhere.  Especially good for small to medium size workshops.  (please allow 16 inches more space on the right side for the circulation bucket)

- Steel Lid - Comes with a user removeable steel latching lid.  

- 115VAC Single Phase!! -  Our machine operates from a standard 115V outlet.  No need for special wiring or breakers.  Just plug in any standard 15amp outlet and you're ready to go.

- Easy User Maintenance - Unlike other machines in the same class that need significant disassembly to change a drive belt.  Our belt can be changed in less than 5 minutes by only removing one access panel with 2 screws.

- Did we mention Quiet!! - Little to NO vibration transferred to the concrete your machine is mounted to!  We designed the drive mechanism of our machine to ensure the least noise possible.

- TEFC Motor - We only use Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled motors (TEFC) in our deburr machines.  TEFC motors are more expensive, but last significantly longer in an industrial setting.  This is due to open cage motors using air inside the motor to cool.  This also brings in dust and debris that collects on bearings and windings that significantly reduce the motors lifespan due to unnecessary heat.  Our TEFC motors are sealed to keep all dirt and debris OUT of the motor.

- User Replaceable Liner - No need to send your bucket back to the manufacturer to have it relined.  Our economical reline kit is simple and easy to install.

- Water Circulation System - Our machine comes with a complete water circulation system.  Matching different cleaning fluids to parts, media and geometry is important.

The Whisper Shake 5 works well with 250lb+ of media plus your parts.  Typically this is 4ea 50lb packages of ceramic or plastic media.  (You might need more or less media depending on the density of media being used).
